Tina created The Roya Agency following a two-decade career spanning private practice at Latham & Watkins, in-house practice at an international investment bank and, between business school and law school, commercial strategy at a technology incubator. Her career took her from Vancouver to Toronto to New York to London and, finally, to Hong Kong – the city she has called home for over a decade. She is a trailblazer of legal talent representation, helping her clients thrive in the face of disruption, while herself disrupting the traditional legal recruitment model by focusing on clients and investing in their future.
